Two audiences with different needs — homeowners looking for HVAC help, and techs looking to level up. Needed one site that served both without diluting either.

Split the content architecture into two clear tracks — Homeowner and Tech — with a shared brand and a shared funnel for coaching calls. Built a GHL-powered intake so every form submission is qualified and routed to the right next step.
