HVAC dispatch + diagnostic digital employee (iHVAC)

Dale

Dale runs the front of iHVAC’s AI dispatch platform. He triages incoming homeowner inquiries, walks each one through a guided diagnostic ("blowing warm air, banging noise, no power"), then routes the call to a vetted local technician at a flat platform fee. Not a different brand than Sunny — a different vertical, same playbook.
