Pretty Creative Co. (“PCC,” “we,” “our”) is a boutique studio based in Chicago, Illinois. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit prettycreative.company or submit information through our forms.

Information you give us. When you fill out the quote form, contact form, or book a call, we collect what you type in: name, email address, optional phone number, business name, budget range, and the details of your message.

Information we collect automatically. The site uses the following measurement and advertising tools, each of which sets cookies and collects activity data:

• Google Analytics 4 — page views, device, browser, truncated IP address, referrer, and on-site events. Helps us understand what content works.
• Google Ads — conversion tracking on form submissions so we can measure paid campaign performance.
• Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram) — page views and conversion events for ad measurement and audience building. Subject to Meta’s data policies.
• Microsoft Clarity — session recording and heatmaps. Clarity captures mouse movement, clicks, scroll depth, and a video-like reconstruction of your visit. Form input is masked by default. Clarity is subject to Microsoft’s privacy statement.

Information we do not collect. We do not collect payment information on this site. We do not sell or rent your information. We do not build advertising profiles for resale.

To respond to your inquiry, scope and quote engagements, send the proposal and contract documents, and follow up on the project. If we work together, the same information is used to run the engagement.

For everyone (not just clients): we use aggregate analytics to improve the site and decide what to build next. We do not profile individual visitors.

We use a small number of trusted vendors to operate the business. Form submissions are routed to our CRM (GoHighLevel) for intake and follow-up. Analytics aggregates are processed by Google. The site is hosted on Vercel. If you become a client, project context may be shared with Anthropic’s Claude as part of the operator tooling we use to ship work; per Anthropic’s API policies, that content is not used to train Anthropic models.

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your information for marketing purposes.

The tools listed above set cookies — both first-party (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) and third-party (Meta Pixel, Google Ads). The cookies are used for measurement, retargeting, and conversion attribution.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of personalized advertising:

The site will continue to function with cookies blocked.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any information you have given us by emailing hello@prettycreative.company. We respond within 30 days.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what information we have about you and the right to request deletion. We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) including the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object. The legal basis for our processing is your consent (in providing information) and our legitimate interest in operating a small business.

We keep form submissions and project records for as long as needed to operate the engagement plus seven years for tax and accounting purposes, then delete them. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics defaults (currently 14 months).

The site is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

We update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be noted on the site or sent to clients by email.
