The Challenge
What we walked into.
A single barber building a personal following needed a booking flow separate from the shop's own site — one where a client could see an open slot and lock it in immediately, without a back-and-forth over social media.

How we solved it.
Built a lightweight, standalone site around a real-time calendar — pick an open time, get confirmed instantly — with flat pricing shown up front and a mapped location for first-time visitors. Kept it distinct from the shop's own site while cross-linking the two.
